These Communication Terms explain how Cerv Pest Solutions and CERV Property Solutions may contact you when you call, request pest-control information, ask for a quote, schedule service, or become a customer.
These terms supplement our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
Service and Inquiry Communications
When you call us or provide contact information, you authorize Cerv Pest Solutions, CERV Property Solutions, and their service providers to contact you about your inquiry, quote, appointment, service, account, warranty or guarantee support, billing, safety notices, customer support, and related operational matters.
These communications may be made by phone call, text message, voicemail, email, or similar channels. Message frequency varies based on your request, appointment status, service relationship, and communication preferences.
Marketing Communications
If Cerv offers marketing calls or text messages, we will obtain any consent required by applicable law. Consent to marketing calls or texts is not required as a condition of purchasing pest-control service.
Marketing consent, where requested, may authorize Cerv Pest Solutions or CERV Property Solutions to contact you at the phone number you provide using calls or text messages, including through technology permitted by law. The exact consent language presented at the point of opt-in controls that opt-in.
Text Message Terms

Phone Calls, Call Tracking, and Recording
This landing page may use call-tracking numbers to measure advertising performance and route calls. The number displayed to you may differ from the main Cerv Pest Solutions number depending on the campaign, browser, location, or referral source.
Calls may be recorded, monitored, transcribed, or analyzed for quality assurance, training, customer support, dispute resolution, advertising attribution, and operational improvement where permitted by law. If you do not want a call recorded, tell the representative at the start of the call.
Opt-Out and Do Not Call Requests
You may ask us not to contact you for marketing purposes by calling 214-919-5431 and requesting to be placed on Cerv's do-not-call or do-not-text list. Please provide the phone number you want suppressed.
Opt-out requests may take a reasonable time to process. If you have multiple phone numbers, email addresses, or service accounts, please identify each one you want covered.
Accurate Contact Information
You confirm that any phone number, email address, or contact information you provide belongs to you or that you are authorized to provide it. If your contact information changes, you are responsible for notifying Cerv so we do not contact the wrong person.
Carrier and Platform Limits
Wireless carriers, email providers, phone systems, and messaging platforms are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery can be affected by network availability, filtering, device settings, carrier rules, and provider outages.
